Siemens and Giotto Technologies: pioneering innovation in paper converting machines
Giotto Technologies and Siemens have jointly developed the automation technology platform for the Genium line, a collaboration focused on technological innovation, performance and energy efficiency.
The ultimate goal of the project was to create an innovative, technologically pioneering, user-friendly and safe production line for operators and maintenance staff, offering high and reliable performance. A modular machine in terms of both hardware and software, with the possibility of customization by the end customer.
Siemens was the ideal partner to provide advanced solutions and constant support during the development and start-up of the machine.
